The Grief Deck is designed to help you in your grief journey and should not be used as a substitute for professional grief counseling.

  • Drinking alcohol excessively or using illegal drugs to cope with your pain
  • Unable to carry out the simple tasks of life
  • Debilitating anxiety and/or expressions of anger
  • Continued significant weight loss
  • Questions on whether you are experiencing a healthy grief process
