Dream Journaling

With a journal you can write out your thoughts, feelings, fears, and emotions. You can be uncensored, unfiltered, and unapologetic. There is no fear of repercussions, only the allowance for you to get out everything you’ve been holding in. Then, after you’re done, you can keep your writings or you can throw them away. Just remember to also allow yourself the energy to write about the future… about your hopes, and dreams. Things you want to do, and things you have every right to look forward to… because great sadness cannot exist without the possibility of genuine joy.
