
Be in the Sun
Go for a walk. Find a piece of sidewalk that falls under the sun’s rays. Place your feet firmly on this patch of concrete. Close your eyes and keep your hands to your sides.
Breathe. Stay here for as long as you want. As long as you can. Feel the sun’s warmth envelope you. You do not need to think, you do not need to worry about your breath. This is simply a time to be still.
