Remembrance Enhances Endearment

Recall the people you love who you have lost in your life who have added deeply to who you are.

Then write a “blessing equation.”

For example: “John + Shannon + Leslie + Chondra = ME”

Take some time with each name, recalling the special qualities of that person and how they taught you those qualities by how they lived. Finish by thinking of yourself, the product of the equation, and how you contribute to the lives of others.
