Unresolved Feelings

Losing people can leave us with unresolved feelings.

Write a letter to your lost one(s). This can be someone you knew, or someone you never met (such as an ancestor)Tell them what you wish you could tell them now. Do you miss them? Is there a life event you want to share with them? Is there an apology you would like to give? The letter can be as long or short as you want.

Burn the piece of paper, and imagine them receiving it and responding in the way you need them to. Do you need an apology from them? Forgiveness? A sign that they are okay? Hear in it in their voice. Let the ashes blow away outside, save them in a small container, or spread them in a place that feels good to you.
