Imagine a vase with flowers and those flowers are the person you are missing (if you have a vase and real flowers, this will work). Now imagine the smell of the flowers and picture the person. Does the smell of the flowers match that of the person in a positive way? The scent, the person… now inhale that scent. Let it roll around in the mind, let it match and blend with the image of the person and become one and the same. Let it bring a smile to your face to remember all the good about them.
